Arts4All Florida is partially funded by the State of Florida, Department of Education, Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services (BEESS), through federal assistance under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part B

Arts4All Florida is 56 percent funded by the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services of the U.S. Department of Education as part of an award totaling $334,000 with 3 percent funded by other government sources and 41 percent financed from non-governmental sources.
